
Krista Conlin – Vice President of Business Operations

Krista Conlin joined Wilbanks Agency in February 2004 and is currently Vice President of Business Operations making her responsible for the management of company operations, public relations and marketing activities for clients and assisting with business development.
Krista received her Masters in Business Administration from the University of Miami in 2002 with summa cum laude honors specializing in International Business and E-Commerce following her graduation with honors from The University of Alabama in 1999 with a degree in Finance concentrating in Investment Management.
In Miami, Krista was instrumental in developing a branding campaign for a new retail line, Orange Clothing Co., planning and organizing all aspects of its entry into the marketplace. In 2003, she worked in Atlanta as the liaison between ePlus Technologies and Emory University where she facilitated and managed communication between senior management, sales executives, customers and vendors.
Prior to joining Wilbanks Agency, Krista was Southeast Sales Coordinator for Relational Funding, responsible for creating and implementing marketing and business analysis plans. Krista is adept at researching and defining comprehensive marketing strategies that result in meeting and exceeding targeted sales growth.
She is a current board member and public relations chair for the Young Professionals of Birmingham, an advisory board member for Red Mountain Theatre Company , a board member of Shelby Humane Society, a member of the Atlanta Press Club and a member of the 2010 UAB Leadership Class. She is also a member of various local groups, including the Junior League of Birmingham and the Birmingham Venture Club. Krista’s most recent project is The Pillars, LLC, (www.thepillarsllc.com) where she is the co-founder and partner of the newly launched Web site that profiles pillars and positive news in the Birmingham community.
