Audrey Pannell Joins Wilbanks Agency as the Public Relations & Social Media Coordinator

BIRMINGHAM, AL – Wilbanks Agency, Alabama’s leader in strategic marketing and public relations, recently announced Audrey Pannell as its Public Relations and Social Media Coordinator. Pannell will be responsible for coordinating all client social media campaigns as well as composing publicity and collateral materials and serving as a liaison between clients and the media.

 
Audrey Pannell brings to Wilbanks Agency an understanding of the impact of social media techniques in developing and implementing public relations campaigns. Her expertise in extending public relations efforts through Blogging, Twitter, Flickr, Facebook, YouTube, Utterli, as well as social media releases and social bookmarking gives Audrey the ability to deliver a new level of results for clients.
 

Audrey earned her Bachelor of Arts, Cum Laude, in Public Relations and minor in Business Administration in 2009 from Auburn University, one of the leading schools to produce young and innovative social media talent through its pioneering social media program. While at Auburn, Audrey worked with Auburn Technical Assistance Center to develop a comprehensive public relations campaign focusing on its social media efforts. She served as Director of Public Relations and Co-Founder of the AU Body Image Education and Eating Disorder Awareness Program as well as a Panhellenic Recruitment Counselor.

Audrey joined Wilbanks Agency as an intern prior to graduation; her expertise and professionalism creating, developing and implementing social media strategies and plans for the agency and her overall public relations savvy led to her obtaining a full-time position in September 2009. Additionally, she is a current member of the Social Media Club of Birmingham.
